When you use the Drainage Operating System portal, we store only the data needed to run your service guarantee: your name, email address, phone number, service address, the drainage services performed at your property, and the decisions you make in the portal (booking requests, repair proof uploads, certificate shares).
We don't use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics that follow you across other sites. We don't sell your data. We don't share your information with marketing partners.
We use one category of cookies only: functional session cookiesthat keep you signed in to the portal. These are set by our authentication provider (Supabase) and expire on sign-out. Without them the portal can't work.
We send emails about your guarantee: confirmation when it's created, reminders as expiration approaches, status changes (activation, suspension, restoration), repair-verification decisions, and upgrade offers when a tech identifies a follow-up service. You can unsubscribe from non-critical reminders using the link at the bottom of any email.
Critical delivery notices (guarantee suspension, repair-required decisions, and coverage expiry) are sent regardless of unsubscribe preference — you need these to manage your coverage.
We keep guarantee records for the length of the service plan plus a retention period required by industry practice (minimum two years). You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing privacy@usasewerjetting.com. Deletion removes you from active records; audit-log entries that reference your account are preserved in redacted form for compliance.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account. Contact privacy@usasewerjetting.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
